Refund Policy

We will always refund your item if it doesn't meet consumer guarantee requirements.  We don't provide refunds if you have simply changed your mind.  Every instance will be assessed on a case by case basis.  We do reserve the right to decline or accept a refund at our discretion unless subject to consumer guarantee requirement.

Our policy on refunds or exchanges is 14 days, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Once we have received your returned item and inspected it, we will send you an email to let you know that we've received your return.  We will also let you know if we have accepted or declined your refund.  All approved refunds will be applied via your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to swap ir=t for the same item, please send us an email and send your item to:

You are responsible for paying your own delivery on returning your item to us.  We do not refund delivery costs.  Refunds are returned with delivery deducted.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and as such we recommend using a tracking number when returning items to us.
